The C.A.R.E Foundation is committed to teaching students to "Code Out" of poverty, depression, learning disabilities and social challenges through the responsible use of technology.

We expose youth to knowledge, skills, networks, tools
and modeled behavior so they are more self-aware and can digitally engage with society on any level. Program participants learn to "Code Out" of their challenges and "Code Into" success!

We serve K-12 and early college students in underserved areas.

Why should I consider enrolling my student in Code-Out?

Students are facing depression, anxiety and many fears at this time. The C.A.R.E Foundation re-directs them towards a healthy mindset and coding skills which results in technical skills, leadership and social emotional learning needed to experience success in today's world.

What can I expect from you?
A.
Our programs help youth to apply a positive, socially responsible mindset that empowers them to use fundamental coding skills and create good technology solutions. We're training beginner level, agile, technical skills in Microsoft, HTML, Java Script and CSS. By the end of the program students will be able to code and apply their skills towards building websites, design & develop apps and games.

How can I register my student for the program?

How long are the sessions and when are they?
A.
Code-Out will take place on Saturdays, with a commitment of 7-9 sessions. We require active and supportive student participation in each session.

Is Code-Out a virtual program or will participants be required to meet in person?
A.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the program is 100% virtual. Students must have access to a computer or laptop and an internet connection to attend the sessions.
