Our career programs have a unique approach featuring the tools and resources needed to help participants roadmap their paths to career success.

We utilize the Strong Interest Assessment, 360 Reviews, and other tools to help participants get a full vision of how their interests align with career options.

Based on the results of the assessments, each person is matched with career path options that uniquely fit their personal preferences, learning styles, work style, and innate skills.

Together, we identify the most fitting career options, then decide on an academic major and match this to the best college/trade school. We will partner with the student to start the enrollment process and finish high school strong!

What is Academic Resilience Training (A.R.T)?
We realize that all students have the same potential but those who are resilient will succeed even when times are tough.

Academic Resilience Training™ is designed to equip youth & parents with the skills needed to be successful in academics and life. We have identified several characteristics/values necessary to overcome academic challenges, but are not taught as part of the regular academic curriculum. The program is designed to create and foster a collaborative learning atmosphere between parents, youth, and community resulting in academic & family success.

Coding - Code-Out Program
The C.A.R.E. Foundation in partnership with Live Oak Computer Science is launching its first coding program, Code-Out!
This facilitated coding program will be integrated with character, purposed to help students develop "Good Tech" coding skills for today's youth. Our goal is to equip K-12 and early college students in underserved areas, with fundamental coding skills, leadership and character development.

Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Athletics™
Social Emotional Learning Athletics™ teaches sports & character as the vehicle to assist youth in learning life skills such as identifying their feelings, being responsible, managing their emotions, showing empathy, respecting others, setting goals, as well as an appreciation for cultural diversity.
If youth are confident decision makers, caring problem solvers, and competent relationship builders, they will be more successful academically, lead more successful overall lives, and be able to become positive contributors in their communities.
We provide custom Sports Camps & Events for Elementary & Middle school students focused on character, nutrition, skills & drills.​

We expose youth to positive ideas, cultures, opportunities and environments including virtual excursions across the U.S. and abroad. We firmly believe that environment plays a big role in life’s outcomes. Exposure creates paradigm shifts that can broaden a person’s horizons and lift a person to new heights.
We want to always expose people to new ideas, cultures, food, communities, learning styles, opportunities and environments. Ultimately, regular learning trips will enlighten youth and broaden their vision of the future. The right exposure creates hope and builds aspirations.
The impact of the right exposure on trajectory
We believe environment plays a big role in outcomes, but exposure is the catalyst that can change a person’s life. Research suggests that participation in various kinds of youth organizations contributes to better behavior in school, improved social skills, more self-confidence, and higher personal expectations.
